What is your strategy today? What is your plan to win the day, the week , the month year etc? Do you even have a training plan? This morning it was dark and cool and I said what better time to get some cardio work in with a 2 mile trail run and a few cool down laps in the pool. But the best part of this is, it is a part of my training plan each week 1 day trail run, 1 day weight bearing exercise, 1 day off and then 4 days on for training. A ninja takes every opportunity to hone himself and his craft, today is no different than 1000 years ago. You must constant be honing yourself and skills, conflict waits for no one, and comes unexpectedly. Put yourself into vigorous if not down right harsh training and implement this strategy each and every day.
